Handlery Hotel Online Reservations-MCATA Reunion

Room rates $145 per night plus 12.7% tax. Rates good 3 days prior and 3 days after reunion.

Requests received after September 16, 2025 will be accepted on hotel rate availability basis.

Breakfast NOT included.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or an advance deposit of the first night room and tax. No shows and those cancelled after 24 hours of arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax. A $75 fee will be charged for any change to the scheduled departure date , after check-in, resulting in this early departure fee.

Parking: Event parking is $5.00 per car. Overnight parking for guests is discounted to $12 per night with complimentary in and out privileges. Check with hotel for oversize vehicle rates.

• Registration fee is $50.00 per person including guest.  (Registration fees help pay for miscellaneous reunion expenses, table gifts, reception materials, open bar, etc.)
• We prefer you register online even if you plan to pay by check but will accept the paper registration form.
